Catherine Gamache

Born and raised in South Texas, Catherine “Catie” Gamache earned her bachelor’s
degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. From a
young age, Catie knew she wanted to advocate for others, leading her to pursue a
career in law.
To explore her family’s New England roots, Catie moved to Massachusetts, where she
graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. During her law school studies,
she had the enriching experience of studying international law, human rights, and
business law in Galway, Ireland. Upon returning, she interned with the Family Law unit
of Pine Tree Legal Assistance, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Her final two
years of law school were spent at Dirigo Law Group, where she became well-
acquainted with the Midcoast’s legal landscape.
While Catie’s primary focus has been family law, her interests in criminal law and
general litigation have broadened her expertise. She approaches every case with an
intense desire to advocate for her clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized throughout
the legal process.
Since moving to Maine, Catie has cultivated her green thumb, often spending her free
time getting some type of plant into soil. When she’s not in the courtroom or at the
office, she enjoys hanging out with her adorable dachshund, Graham, working in the
garden with her boyfriend, or getting lost in a good mystery novel.
Catie is excited to begin her practice in the Midcoast and looks forward to serving her
community with dedication and compassion.
